I am an research intern participating in the Summer Undergraduate Research Program at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. I am currently studying Biology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Originally from Connecticut, and I moved to the Seattle area in 2015. I have previously interned at Gilead Sciences where I conducted in vitro experiments on potential small molecule inhibitors for Crohn's disease. At Rensselaer, I am currently working in Dr. Mariah Hahn's lab where I am conducting research on the development of tissue-engineered vascular grafts. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, dancing, and playing the flute.
