I am a graduate student in the Bloom and Subramaniam labs at Fred Hutch studying how cellular immunity shapes influenza evolution. I am in the MSTP program and the Department of Genome Sciences graduate program at the University of Washington. I am originally from Janesville, WI and received my bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis. Following undergrad, I worked as a research technician for Drs. Jean Schaffer and Joel Schilling studying the intersection of metabolism and innate immunity. Outside of lab, I enjoy hiking, running, and cooking.
